At Value Bearings, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and uninstalled items in original packaging.

All returns require prior authorization from Value Bearings before being sent back.

Non-returnable items may include:

• Special-order products

• Custom or non-stock items

• Installed or used bearings

• Products damaged after delivery

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
