At Value Bearings, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and uninstalled items in original packaging.

All returns require prior authorization from Value Bearings before being sent back.

Non-returnable items may include:

• Special-order products

• Custom or non-stock items

• Installed or used bearings

• Products damaged after delivery

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
